Leak tester is used to conduct leak tests on industrial products especially in the sectors of food industry, pharmaceuticals, medical tools, electronic components and stationery. The products are tested for air-tightness under vacuum.

Manufacturers of bottles and caps, vacuum boxes and folios use it to conduct tests for the sectors of packaging, glassware, ceramics, automotive and home appliances, plastics, food and flexible cellular materials.

LEAK TESTER DVT VK E is able to create a vacuum up to -500 mbar. The current vacuum status and the test time are displayed through a digital screen. The test takes place in a transparent cabin so that deformation under vacuum can be observed. The transparent cabin has a volume of 8 litres. Optional customized volumes up to 42 litres are available. The tester is able to conduct tests in water or in air.
