What is Plast Eurasia?

Plast Eurasia Istanbul is one of the largest and most comprehensive trade fairs for the plastics industry in the Eurasian region. Since 1990, this annual international trade fair has served as a platform to showcase the latest technologies, products, and innovations in the plastics sector.

The 33rd Plast Eurasia Istanbul Fair will be held from December 4-7, 2024, at the Tüyap Fair and Congress Center.

How was the previous fair?

The 2023 fair saw significant interest in DVT DEVOTRANS. Visitors from various countries had the chance to closely examine DVT DEVOTRANS products and learn about them.

DVT DEVOTRANS, a 100% domestic company in Turkey, designs and manufactures its products in-house. In addition to over 600 standard production models, the company also creates custom designs and productions to meet customer demands.

Commenting on the 2023 fair, DVT DEVOTRANS General Manager Hakan ULUTAŞ highlighted that the event was more productive compared to the previous year.

ULUTAŞ stated: “In the previous fair, the absence of Russian and Ukrainian visitors due to the war was noticeable. However, in this year's organization, we saw visitors from both countries.”

On the other hand, ULUTAŞ noted the high number of visitors from European and Middle Eastern countries, stating, "Among those who had the opportunity to examine our products, there were visitors from various nationalities. However, we observed a significant presence of visitors from European countries, as well as from Russia, Ukraine, Iran, and Algeria."

In 2023, 1,375 exhibitors from 43 countries showcased their products and services during the Plast Eurasia Istanbul Fair, which offers a commercial environment extending over a vast geography, and found the opportunity to strengthen its brand image, make new business connections and gain worldwide recognition. 67,249 professional visitors from 118 countries met key players of the industry, where 16% of the total number of visitors consisted of foreign visitors.
