TEST DEVICE FOR FLEXURAL PROPERTIES OF CABLES 06/10/2022

The test device for flexural properties of cables is used to test flexural properties of cables under stress.

Test for flexural properties of cables is conducted as follows:  Weights are attached to the ends of the sample of cable and bending stress is applied to the cable by means of pulleys. After a given number of bending operations, the flexural properties of the cable is observed physically.

This also allows to see whether the wires inside have broken.

TEST DEVICE FOR FLEXURAL PROPERTIES OF CABLES DVT BUK, manufactured by DVT DEVOTRANS in accordance with the standards BS 4607, TS EN 61386-22, TS EN 50086, TS IEC 61423, TS 9763 and TS EN 50396, offers important features such as: possibility of measuring cables of various diameters, optional current-meters, possibility of setting the number of bending operations, digital screen, pulley system depending on the cable diameter, options of weight depending on the type of cable, connection ends to stop the device when the cable breaks.
