Ash furnace is used to conduct operations of ash analysis, sintering, pre-heating, melting and oxidisation.

It is used in the sectors of pipes, cables, rubber, chemical industry and plastic.

ASH FURNACE DVT KUL is equipped with a strong inner chamber made of insulation bricks. It has a 4-digit LCD screen. Temperature control is ensured by means of K- and S-type thermometers. The device is software-based and PID-controlled. Its temperature accuracy is ±1° C. The maximum temperature the device can reach depends on the model and the requirements of the customer. Models with an over-heating sensor and safety warning are also available.
