The ZGT MV 3000AU Mooney Viscometer measures the viscosity, scorch and stress relaxation of raw rubber or compounded rubber. It is used for determining the quality of rubber processing characteristics. By knowing the properties of Mooney viscosity and stress relaxation, the molecular weight and distribution range can be determined. The ZGT MV 3000AU is equipped with PC based dedicated software, accurate temperature control system and automatic calibration device.
