The OZ-0500AC/BC ozone tester provides controllable ozone concentration and temperature. It is used to determine the resistance of materials to ozone exposure. The optional OZ-401-1 camera auxiliary system is upgraded to higher resolution level. To ensure the camera stability, the OZ-401-1 camera system is now equipped on the side of the OZ-0500AC/BC.

The OZ-0500AC/BC ozone test cabins offer a reliable environment for evaluating the ozone resistance of rubber materials under precisely controlled conditions. With a temperature range of +10℃ to 80℃ and humidity control between 50%RH and 80%RH, the device ensures consistent testing performance. Its ozone concentration range of 20 to 1000pphm with ≤±2pphm fluctuation enables accurate simulation of real-world exposure. The upgraded OZ-401-1 camera system, now mounted on the side for stability, allows for detailed monitoring. This equipment is ideal for R&D laboratories and rubber production facilities, fitting well with its compact inner chamber (50×50×60 cm) and external dimensions of 135×80×185 cm.
