RHEOMETER
Rheometer applies a fluctuating strain on the sample at a given frequency to conduct dynamic rheology measurements to measure the highest stress value and the phase difference between the strain and stress values.
MOVING DIE RHEOMETER ZGT M 3000AU is used as a measurement device particularly by rubber manufacturers but also by car manufacturers, educational institutions, public bodies and laboratories, rubber, shoe and electric home appliance manufacturers.
The sample to be tested with the rheometer is placed in a test cavity comprising a double conical discus under continuous high temperature and a positive pressure. Then the cavity is closed and the discus starts to oscillate (1,7 ±0,2 HZ). Depending on the rigidity of the rubber, the oscillation requires a given amount of force. This force (torque) is recorded as a function of time. When the recorded torque reaches an equilibrium or a maximum value, the curve that has formed is observed. The time required for the vulcanisation curve is a function of the test temperature and the nature of the rubber sample.
Devotrans manufactures rheometers of different models and capacities under the code ZGT M2000 A-ZGT MD 3000A-CR 6000. They are produced with state-of-the-art technology and fully meet the requirements of customers.
To obtain more information on rheometers you can conduct a search on search engines such as Google. A search on Google gives more than 1 million results with Rheometer as keyword. Most people do not even know what rheometer means apart from technical staff.
Rheometer plays an important part in manufacturing. It is a test device that requires informed operation complying with the standards.
