The ZGT M 3000AU moving mold rheometer is a precision moving mold rheometer with sealed biconical molds. It is an ideal instrument for quality control, research and development to determine the cure properties of rubber compounds, including baking time, cure time, cure speed, maximum torque, minimum torque and other vulcanization properties. Using high-precision temperature control system, advanced amplifier with high-speed sampling rate and PC-based dedicated software, ZGT M 3000AU provides a reliable and easy-to-use solution for the analysis of vulcanization curve.
