COMPRESSION LIFE TESTER
Compression life tester is used to conduct lifetime tests by repeatedly applying to the sample a given pressure. It is also used for compression and fracture tests.
It is used in the industries of packaging, furniture, forest products, automotive, home appliances, plastic and construction to conduct tests on toilet bowl lids and rings, chairs, sponges and similar products, corrugated cardboard boxes, packaging boxes, tin cans, plastic packaging boxes, ceramics etc.
COMPRESSION LIFE TESTER DVT SP E is equipped with a pneumatic compression system. It is also equipped with an emergency stop button and lower and upper limit stop buttons. A digital display shows the load in kg or Newton. It is equipped with a micrometric flexing measurement unit. Test speed setting is available. The compression life tester can conduct tests with 80 different jaw types. Compression loads available are: 50 kg, 100 kg, 200 kg and 500 kg. Maximum movement distance (exclusive of jaw) is 200 mm. Maximum width for samples is 600 mm.
The tests that can be conducted with this machine vary depending on the products and the relevant standards. The tests that are conducted in accordance with international standards include: lifetime and connection points tests, collapsing and crushing tests, fracture and adhesion tests. It is also possible to conduct stretching tests with some additions to the device on an optional basis. It can be manufactured with customized dimensions.
