GROUP OF DEVICES FOR TESTS OF LIFETIME UNDER PRESSURE DVT BBO SS DVT BBO SS

This is a group of devices that are used to conduct tests of lifetime under pressure on plastic pipes in particular, but also on plastic jerry cans, tanks, hoses, blowers etc.

The group consists of DVT KAZ 2000 high volume boiler, DVT BBO DLC equipment for testing pipe lifetime under pressure and DVT BBO TAP pressure covers of pipes.

All equipment for the test known as the 1000-hour test is available.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION

DVT KAZ 2000 – Boiler

  • Equipped with 2 thermostats including one safety thermostat.
  • Insulation to prevent heat losses.
  • Large size models (KAZ 2000 – KAZ 3000) are equipped with a pneumatic lid opening system.
  • Small size models (KAZ 800) are equipped with a lid opening system operated by a spring.
  • Temperature monitoring through the pressure unit.
  • Inside and outside the boiler made from stainless material.
  • Silicon sealed.
  • Range of temperature: between room temperature and 95° C.
  • Temperature precision: ±%1.

DVT BBO DLC – Equipment for testing pipe lifetime under pressure

  • Touch-screen.
  • Number of units: 1, 3 or 6.
  • Pressure kept at a given value during the test.
  • The range of pressure can be preset.
  • Test time displayed on electronic display.
  • Manufactured from stainless materials.
  • Number of digits after comma: 2  (example: 0,01 bar)
  • Precision : 1%
  • Easy sample connection apparatus available.
  • Standard software.

DVT BBO TAP – Pressure covers of pipes

  • Upper and lower covers are made of stainless steel.
  • All covers are equipped with clamp rings.
  • Solid design.
  • Has one water inlet.
  • Has automatic install/removal unit (quick valve).
  • Has an aeration device.
  • Depending on the diameter, has lifting eye bolt.
  • Depending on the diameter, there are sufficient numbers of stainless steel bolts.
  • For, Ø355 mm and larger diameters ,there is one internal stud.
  • Supplied with O-Rings seals.
  • As an option, for Ø400 mm and larger diameters, a cage is supplied with studs.
  • Customized cover diameters.
