The 32^nd of Plast Eurasia Istanbul International Plastics Industry Fair took place on 22-25 November 2023 at Tüyap Fair and Congress Centre in Istanbul. The Fair is one of the greatest events of the plastics industry and serves as a platform for sharing technology, innovation and knowledge as well as business contacts. Plast Eurasia Fair remains an important event for the industry. DVT DEVOTRANS was again a star of the event.

The event was an occasion for tens of thousands of visitors and hundreds of participants to meet. It received a large number of people both from Turkey and from abroad.

The fair is held annually. It grows consistently every passing year. This year, too, it turned out to be very popular. Participants from 43 countries participated in Plast Eurasia this year, of which 27% were from Europe, 21% from Asia and the South Sea Islands, 19% from Africa, 13% from the Middle East, 10% from the Balkans and 8% from North and South Americas. The fair represents a huge volume of business spread over a very large geographical area. Buyers came from 118 countries and found in the fair an occasion to examine all the products and services under a single roof.

Visitors from various countries to the stand of DVT DEVOTRANS found there an occasion to examine the hundred percent made in Turkey products supplied by our company and to obtain information on them.

Mr. Hakan ULUTAŞ, GM of DVT DEVOTRANS, commenting on the fair, emphasized the fact that the fair had been more effective this year compared to the previous years.

ULUTAŞ: “In the previous fair, nationals of Russia and Ukraine were missing because of the war. But we observed that there were visitors from both countries this year”.

Mr. ULUTAŞ also noted the large number of visitors from Europe and the Middle East: “Among those who found an occasion in the fair to examine our products were a number of foreign visitors from various countries, most notably, from Europe, Russia, Ukraine, Iran and Algeria”.

Mr. ULUTAŞ noted that the fair had been very successful and thanked all who had contributed to the event.

The date of the 33^rd Plast Eurasia Istanbul International Plastics Industry, that will take place next year, has already been fixed: it will take place on 4 – 7 December 2024 and DVT DEVOTRANS will certainly be there again.
