The Flow Rate Meter is used to determine plastics’ melting flow values. It is an important tool for the plastics’ industry. It gives a numerical value for the flowing capacity of plastics during injection. It is an indispensable tool for manufacturers of plastic granules. It is also popular with manufacturers of Master Batch, plastic raw material, plastic components. It is used for tests on the following types of plastic: PE, PP, PS, PETE, PA, POLYESTER, PVC, PC, ABS, PVDC.

We are proud of offering to the market our robust DVT EA – DVT EA DLC models. Our products are capable of being further developed with the addition of accessories. Both of our models enable the user to conduct tests that comply with the TS EN ISO 1133 - DIN 53735 - ASTM D1238 - ASTM D3364 - TS 11451 - TS 418 EN 12201 - TS EN ISO 15874 standards and procedures.

The device is able to give the test results in melting mass flow rate (MFR) and melting volume rate (MVR). When the test is conducted on a sample with unknown density, a constant density is defined to the device before the test and the weight of the output sample after the test so that the actual MFR or MVR values are issued in adjusted form.
