HORIZONTAL TENSILE TESTER

Generally, tensile tester refers to tensile or compression test equipment that meets the requirements of manufacturers. Tensile testers are different from other control and test and measurement devices in terms of capacity and functionality.

Some tensile testers are fully automatic and also have the features of a compression tester. Some operate only as tensile tester. Tensile testers are used in many sectors and in laboratories etc. to test samples. Among these sectors are: shoe manufacturers, educational institutions, public bodies and laboratories, zipper and furniture manufacturers, car industry, electric home appliances, plastics, textiles, yarn insulation etc. industries. Tensile testers play an important role in all these sectors.

Apart from tensile testers and test equipment used for tensile and compression tests, there are horizontal tensile testers. Horizontal tensile testers are used to conduct tensile tests on long samples such as steel wire, cable, electric wire, chain, spring and hawsers.

Horizontal tensile testers are also available in different models with different functions and capacities.

For instance: HORIZONTAL TYPE, HYDRAULIC TENSILE TESTING MACHINE ZGT 7001 AS, manufactured under the trademark and quality assurance of Devotrans, is used to conduct tests on long samples up to 25 meters such as steel wires, cables, electric wires, chains, springs and hawsers. HAND OPERATED TENSILE OR COMPRESSION TEST MACHINE ZSO SPH , another Devotrans product, is a desktop model with easy-to-use features. It has different sample holding jaws. Its movement distance is 50 mm. This tensile tester is used to conduct detachment tests on cables and cable sockets. Its capacity is 10 kg.

As explained above, tensile testers meet different requirements. These are very important and special devices. This is why, to make sure that you are buying the right equipment, contact our technical staff for consultation.
